Each day, you will work on a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: responding to clients’ queries and urgent requests, SEO work to improve a site’s ranking, ensuring a PPC campaign gets started, adding new assets to a website, working on a new website design, creating new copy for part of the site, etc. The type of work we do for each client is highly varied. Each Digital Marketing Assistant is directly responsible for the success of 10 – 15 clients. We work with a large number of clients in the health and beauty sector. And you’ll need excellent client skills to ensure our client’s needs are met. You’ll need a project manager’s attention to detail, and a digital marketer’s quick thinking and ability to adapt to changing requests from your client. Some people might call it a project manager, while others might say it’s a digital marketing manager, or even a customer account manager. This is a job that could go by many names. You will be required to work during New York (EST) business hours.
